Enhanced Safety with Removable Master Switch
Equipped with a 3-position master switch (ON/OFF/OUT), the battery allows the removable switch key to be taken out in the OUT position, preventing unauthorized or accidental activation. This added safety feature is ideal for storage, transport, and long-term battery protection.
Easy Charging with the Included 12.6V 20A Charger
Simply connect the charger’s IEC C14 connector to the battery’s IEC C13 charging port, then turn the battery switch to the ON position. The charger’s indicator light will turn red and the cooling fan will start running, indicating that charging is in progress. When the indicator light turns green, the battery is fully charged and ready for use.
600W Modified Sine Wave Inverter Included
Connect the battery and inverter using the red (+) and black (−) cables. Attach the No. 6 ring terminal to the inverter and the No. 8 terminal to the battery. Verify polarity and tighten securely before turning on the inverter. A beep should sound, the indicator should change from red to green, and the cooling fan should operate normally. Note: Not suitable for high-power appliances. Keep battery voltage above 10.6V for reliable operation.
How to Tighten the Positive and Negative Terminals
The battery terminals may loosen over time and need tightening. 1. Open the battery box cover. 2. Identify the red positive terminal near the main switch and the black negative terminal farthest from the switch. 3. Locate the fixing nuts on the right side of the battery box. Hold them with pliers to prevent rotation. 4. Insert a thin hex wrench into each terminal hole and turn clockwise to tighten. Safety Tip: Turn off the main battery switch before maintenance.
Troubleshooting: Tightening Inverter Terminals
Frequent use may cause the internal fixing nuts of the inverter’s positive (+) and negative (−) terminals to loosen. Turn off the power before maintenance. First, loosen and remove the terminal nuts. Then, use pliers to turn the base screws clockwise to secure them, as shown in the diagram.
