How to Set Up This Solar Power Station
1. Ensure the battery and inverter switches are OFF before installation. The battery’s main power switch has three positions: ON, OFF, and OUT. When the unit is not in use, turn the switch to OUT and remove the switch knob. Before use, reinstall the knob and turn the switch to OFF.

2. Connect the battery and inverter using the red (+) and black (−) cables. Connect the cable's No. 6 ring terminal to the inverter and No. 8 terminal to the battery. Verify polarity and tighten securely.

3. Connect the 2m extension cable between the solar panel output and controller input.

4. Connect the charge controller output to either of the battery’s DC5525 ports. Both ports support charging input and power output. Two compatible solar charging panels can be connected to the two ports simultaneously, subject to the specified input limits.

5. Turn on the lithium battery main switch and verify that the battery level display lights up.

6. Check the solar charge controller display to confirm that the battery is charging.

7. Turn on the inverter switch. You should hear a beep, the inverter indicator should change from red to green, and the cooling fan should operate normally.

Once all the above checks are complete, the system startup is complete.
How to Set Up the Solar Charge Controller
1. Connect the Battery: Connect the controller's middle output cable to the battery. The display will show the battery voltage.

2. Enter Setup Mode: Press the leftmost button five times until “b1” appears. Press and hold the leftmost button until "b1" starts flashing.

3. Select Battery Type: Press the middle button to switch between b1 (lead-acid), b2 (ternary lithium), and b3 (LiFePO4). Select the setting that matches your battery, then hold the leftmost button until the display stops flashing to save. For our optional ternary lithium battery, select b2.

4. Connect the Solar Panel: Connect the controller’s left-side cable to the solar panel extension cable. Once connected, the display should indicate charging status, showing that solar power is being supplied to the battery.
Dual Charging: Solar or Included 12.6V 20A Charger
Simply connect the charger’s IEC C14 connector to the battery’s IEC C13 charging port, then turn the battery switch to the ON position. The charger’s indicator light will turn red and the cooling fan will start running, indicating that charging is in progress. When the indicator light turns green, the battery is fully charged and ready for use.
Troubleshooting: Controller Screen Won't Turn On
If all connections are correct but the controller display remains off, check whether the input or output wires are loose. If any wires are loose: 1. Loosen the controller terminal screws. 2. Insert the red wire into the positive (+) terminal. 3. Insert the black wire into the negative (−) terminal. 4. Tighten the terminal screws securely with a screwdriver.
How to Tighten the Positive and Negative Terminals
The battery terminals may loosen over time and need tightening. 1. Open the battery box cover. 2. Identify the red positive terminal near the main switch and the black negative terminal farthest from the switch. 3. Locate the fixing nuts on the right side of the battery box. Hold them with pliers to prevent rotation. 4. Insert a thin hex wrench into each terminal hole and turn clockwise to tighten. Safety Tip: Turn off the main battery switch before maintenance.
Troubleshooting: Tightening Inverter Terminals
Frequent use may cause the internal fixing nuts of the inverter’s positive (+) and negative (−) terminals to loosen. Turn off the power before maintenance. First, loosen and remove the terminal nuts. Then, use pliers to turn the base screws clockwise to secure them, as shown in the diagram.
