退款政策

We bears the refund or replacement in these situations:
(1) Not shipped
(2) Quality issues (relevant comments and photos or videos are required)
(3) The product has serious quality problems due to transportation problems.

If there is only something wrong with the products, we can partial refund or partial replacement.

 

We are not responsible for refunds or replacement in this situation:
The product is damaged due to the customer's own installation problems or operation.

 

We offer 30 days refund and return policy. The products must be in good condition and can be resold. Customers need to pay the returning fulfillment fee.

If customers require to return, confirm with us before returning. And we will offer an address for returning.
